COVID-19 Risk Minimisation Measures

At Just Wardrobes & Storage the health and wellbeing of our clients and staff is our top priority. We are following the Coronavirus situation closely and are committed to minimising risk wherever possible and are following all Department of Heath guidelines.

Please find below our current procedures and policies which we will continue to revise and update as improvements arise.

On-site measure & quote appointments:

All Staff have been instructed on safe hygiene practices to ensure their safety and that of the client. They will be using hand sanitiser, wearing a mask and sanitising any equipment both before and after attending any premises. They will be obeying the social distancing rules (separation of 1.5m) whilst in your home (including no hand shaking).

Current Policies include:

  • All staff wash their hands before and after every client. Each vehicle is equipped with face masks and gloves and hand sanitiser and the vehicle cleaned daily.
  • We are not taking any cash transactions until further notice.
  • All clients are being asked prior to an appointment being booked in and a sales person going to site the following questions:
  • Have you or anybody at your premises been travelling in the last 14 days?
  • Are you or anybody at your premises in self-isolation or quarantine?

Showroom Appointments:

  • Clients coming to the showroom are by appointment only.
  • We only allow one client per visit.
  • The showroom is being cleaned before and after every visit.
  • All clients visiting our showroom will be asked the following questions:
    • Have you or anybody coming to the meeting been travelling in the last 14 days?
    • Are you or anybody coming to the meeting been in self isolation or quarantine?

Installation Related Processes:

We have implemented safe hygiene practices and will sanitise all equipment before entering your home. Our staff & contractors will be wearing face masks and disinfecting all surfaces and handles after installation; before leaving your home. They will be obeying the social distancing rules (separation of 1.5m) whilst in your home (including no hand shaking).

Policies include: 

  • All clients are being asked prior to installation the following questions:
  • Have you or anybody at your premises been travelling in the last 14 day? 
  • Are you or anybody at your premises in self isolation or quarantine?

 

  • We are following strict policy no clients will be visited if they are at risk of coronavirus.
  • Wash hands before and after each client (can be at the client’s site).
  • Have face mask / gloves / sanitisers available to be worn on site if client requires it or if you feel like you want to wear it.
  • Vehicles to be cleaned daily.

  • Or facetime in the showroom.

During this time, you can provide over the phone quoting support or by facetime.
